Can I Get a loan if i am unemployed?



As a general rule, you cannot get a loan if you are unemployed because it is assumed that with no income, you will have no way of making your mortgage payments.


However, there are home loans for which very little loan documentation is required as long as the borrower puts down a sizable down payment of 25 percent or more.
